Here you can find some modding tools that cover mostly sim and bodyshop modding.
All tools are implemented as SimPe plugins, so installation only requires the file copy to SimPe's Plugins folder.
You can also download the source code for the tools, if you wish to analyze or make improvements yourself. In all cases, the sources and programs are licensed under the terms of the GNU GPL License.

How to install a SimPe plugin
All the SimPe tools consist of a .dll file that must be copied into the Plugins folder.
-
Extract the dll file from the downloaded archive.
-
Copy it into SimPE's Plugins folder, which in a default installation is at C:\Program Files\SimPE\Plugins
-
Run SimPE and see if there are no errors at startup.
