The Sim Deleter Tool allows the removal of a sim and its related resources from a Sims 2 neighborhood.

This tool will ask if the SDNA resources should be deleted, as there have been reports of problems associated with SDNA deletion.

You also may try to delete the all the SDNA resources that may have been left orphaned by previous deletion procedures.

After the plugin is installed, run SimPE.

Open a neighborhood. When you select one or more sims resources (SDESC), the Resource Actions panel will show the item Delete Sim (no DNA):

The Resource Actions panel can be activated in the "Window > Resource Actions" menu in SimPe.

If you need to delete many sims at once, you can select the ones you want, and use the Deleter Tool on that selection:

After you click the "Delete Sim" button, a confirmation box will appear once for the selection.

Another message box will appear asking if the SDNA resources should also be deleted.

This version will not ask for confirmation to delete the character files.

After the tool has done its work, you may must save the neighborhood package.
